As a solution to the feeling of nausea or upset stomach from drinking milk, milk can be replaced with other dairy products, such as cheese, yogurt, ice cream, evaporated milk or soy milk contains no lactose. Some milk producers have also made milk without lactose that can be consumed by people with lactose intolerance.
In consuming milk, you should not consume sweetened condensed milk because milk is kind of lower nutritional content. It also contains a lot of fat and sugar is not good for health.
